Light Rum Burnt Cheese Cake
Using Philadelphia premium cream cheese as base, lead by very light kick of rum (alcohol)
definitely a wonderful tea break
The first taste is a comfortable mix of cheese and milk smell, with chewy Rum-soaked raisins at the bottom.
When you have had a couple of bites, there will b a smoky burnt aftertaste surrounding on your tongue. Just nice and right!
