We’ve never seen anyone doing this locally - yet
It’s a little rare and hard to find pistachio paste in Malaysia, and somehow we don’t trust it,
So we make it ourself
The cake shining bright like a diamond
Pistachio matches with burnt cheesecake so beautifully, that we wanna shout out loud, and be proud on the launching version
We have to make 5inc and above in size, to ensure the temperature spread is even enough - that softness gooey magic is happing in the middle
Then need to Chill overnight to make it stable
 
- Chantilly on top blends well and lower the thickness of the whole touch, with
- Crunchy pistachio sprinkles above
 
Gentle, rich, and very enjoyable in the whole dessert experience
